At NIK-Generator, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. However, we understand that plans can change, so we’ve made our return policy as straightforward as possible.

1. If You Change Your Mind (Standard Returns)

You have 14 days (excluding the day of purchase) to return an item if it doesn’t meet your needs in terms of color, size, or other features.

• Condition: Items must be in brand-new condition, unused, with all original packaging, seals, labels, and proof of purchase.

• Shipping Costs: In this case, the customer covers the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.

2. Custom Orders

Equipment manufactured or supplied specifically to your unique requirements (custom sizes, specific features, or configurations) cannot be returned, as it was tailored exclusively for you.

3. Warranty & Technical Support

If you encounter any technical issues during the warranty period, we are here to help. You are entitled to free repairs under the Consumer Protection Law.

• The repair period begins once the equipment is received by our service team.

• Note: The warranty is void if the damage is caused by misuse or unauthorized repair attempts.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse.
